P T Matic is just completing a sophisticated Environmental Baseline Survey and Impact Assessment for a major Libyan oil and gas producer.  Our client is re-opening two dormant wells and installing the necessary plant to exploit this substantial resource.  PTM is also producing the Environmental plan which will help in mitigating the impact of this major development in a currently pristine area.
